Clindavasin Duo 10 mg/g + 30 mg/g gel contains two active substances: clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide. It belongs to a group of medicines called “acne medicines”.
Clindavasin Duo 10 mg/g + 30 mg/g gel is used to treat mild to moderately severe acne affecting the skin.
• Clindamycin is an antibiotic that destroys the bacteria involved in the development of acne.
• Benzoyl peroxide reduces the number of blackheads and whiteheads. It also kills bacteria involved in the development of acne.
Combined in Clindavasin Duo gel, these substances help:
• to fight the bacteria that can cause acne;
• to treat blackheads and whiteheads and pimples that have already appeared;
• to reduce the number of red, inflamed acne pimples.
Clindavasin Duo gel is indicated for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.
One gram of gel contains:
10 mg clindamycin, as clindamycin phosphate
30 mg benzoyl peroxide, anhydrous, as benzoyl peroxide, hydrous.
